The FormMail 1.92 emulator allows you to select specific recipients who may receive the results of form submissions that are processed using this form processor. Failure to select specific recipients is equivalent to selecting all recipients. Therefore, you only need to select specific recipients from this list if you wish to limit form submission emails to those addresses. Because the Dynamic and Fixed option works a little differently for this field, we have described the effects below: Dynamic Recipients If you select the recipients field to be dynamic, this allows you to decide on a form-by-form basis what email address should receive the message. As mentioned above, not selecting any specific address(es) from the box will allow you to configure your form to be sent to any of the addresses. If you wish to limit form submissions through this processor to specific addresses in your plan, you may do so by holding down control or shift while clicking on email addresses from the list. Please note that if you select only one address, FormMail 1.92 will require you to make this field fixed, since you are only allowing results to be emailed to this one address. Fixed Recipients If this form processor will always be used to send results to a pre-determined email address or list of email addresses, you should set the recipients field to Fixed and the select the list of users you wish to receive each form submission. Doing so allows you to completely omit the recipients field from each form on your site. However, it also causes FormMail 1.92 to lose the ability to dynamically send the results of different forms to different email addresses. Please note that failure to select a list of specific email addresses while also choosing a fixed recipients field will result in the entire list of email addresses receiving each form submission. However, if we determine it is possible for your plan to have a longer list of email addresses than you can potentially send to, we will show an error and you will be forced to select a specific list of recipients for all submissions or switch the field to dynamic.
