The FormMail 1.92 emulator allows you to send the results to multiple recipients on each form submission. Doing so, however, will cost you an extra 0.5 form submissions per additional recipient beyond the first (always rounding up). For example, if your form submission is sent to either 6 or 7 recipients, that single submission would count as 4 against your monthly balance of submissions. Depending on your plan, there is a pre-defined number of maximum recipients for your message, and also a maximum number of allowable recipient addresses you can store on the FormMail.com server. If you are nervous that someone may cause your submissions to be used inappropriately by sending the results of a form to many different email addresses, you can feel free to reduce the number of maximum simulataneous recipients using this configuration field. For example, if you know that you will only be designing forms with at most 3 recipients for the results, you should set the Maximum # of Recipients field to 3, especially if you have more than 3 addresses in your account.
