DESCRIPTION OF ABOVE SERVICE TERMS:
| Form Submissions: | Each form submission successfully processed by FormMail.com under your account will count against this total. In addition, if the resulting form submission is emailed to more than one recipient, each additional recipient counts as .5 form submissions (rounded up). For example, a form submission emailed to 6 recipients will cost 4 form submissions. Unused form submissions may not be carried over to the next month. |

| Max Recipients: | In order to send the results of a form to a specific recipient, you must have their email address recorded and approved in your plan. This ensures a double-layer of protection so that you must first authorize any new recipient under your plan and they in turn must allow for these messages to be sent. You can also send a single response to as many of these addresses as you wish. |

| Form Processors: | This is the number of custom form processors you are allowed to setup on the FormMail.com site. You can create form processors that behave a certain way every time, allowing you to avoid configuration parameters within the HTML forms you design. You can also setup the form processor to be dynamic and create multiple web-based forms all with different embedded configuration parameters. The choice is up to you! |
