WHEN REFUNDS ARE OFFERED
FormMail.com offers a 100% refund within the first 14 days of any paid FormMail.com plan or service subscription.
HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
If you have signed up for a new plan or service within the past 14 days, a REFUND link will appear near that plan in your account manager. Simply click on this link and the account manager will guide you through the process.
If requesting a refund on a brand new plan or an upgrade from a Free Trial, FormMail.com will attempt to automatically issue your refund, cancel your subscription and terminate services immediately. If you are requesting a refund of an upgrade to a previously paid plan, a FormMail.com support technician will receive the request and process it within an additional 14 days.
Alternatively, you may submit a support request at any time within the first 14 days of your new plan or service and request that a FormMail.com support technician issue you a refund.
IN ALL CASES, REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED THROUGH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. FORMMAIL.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND REQUEST IF YOU HAVE VIOLATED OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
