Form ID is used by FormMail.com to recognize what processor should be used when a form is sent to us. This, coupled with your Plan ID allows us to select the appropriate processing rules and make sure your form results are handled correctly. In some rare cases, you may need to request a new Form ID because someone has been fraudulently using your old one to send you incorrect form results. Simply click the "Request New Form ID" and a new one will be provided. The old ID will continue to work for 7 days or until cancelled while you transition to the new ID. | |||
